This trinket series was a way for me to practice lino cutting & printing with small and simple designs. I think the beauty of lino printing is that no two prints are the same, and tiny details or imperfections evidence the real person behind the print.
With the rise of generative AI, I am more concerned than ever about embracing human art, and protecting our natural world from rampant profiteering. I will be donating 50% of each print sale in the series to the Wildlife Trust of South & West Wales, as a way of ‘doing good’ with my work.
